Madison joined Waldron in 2020 and spent nearly six years in the Investment Department, where she focused on portfolio management, data analytics, and improving operational efficiency. She earned dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 and obtained her CFP® certification in 2024.
In her current role as a Compliance Specialist, Madison supports the firm’s commitment to regulatory adherence and ethical standards. She assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring the firm’s compliance program, as well as conducting testing and designing data‑driven procedures to enhance accuracy and transparency in client reporting. Madison also collaborates closely with the Investment Department and Investment Strategy Group to integrate compliance considerations into investment decision‑making and trading processes.
Outside the office, Madison enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her dogs, Jim and Walter.
