Courtney is a dedicated professional and the Team Lead for Operations at Waldron. With a focus on implementing improvements for overall operational efficiency, she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success. Courtney assists in the design and execution of critical policies and procedures, providing support to employees with technical products and services. She also develops comprehensive plans for communication, training, and other operations projects, working towards smooth operations across the organization.
Having spent over 6 years dedicated to improving operations, Courtney has helped foster the growth and success of the firm. In addition to earning a Certificate in Corporate and Community Communications, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with honors from the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to her current role as the Team Lead for Operations at Waldron, Courtney served as a Client Service Administrator at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company.
Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys skiing, hiking, and cooking. She currently resides in McDonald, PA, with her husband, Kenny and their dog Gumbo.
