For more than 15 years, Michael has been helping entrepreneurs and their families simplify their financial lives. Michael graduated with Accounting and Information Technology degrees from Duquesne University. Prior to joining the Waldron team, he worked in public accounting at Ernst and Young. Michael is a licensed Continuing Education Provider for Certified Public Accountants and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional.
At Waldron, Michael specializes in sophisticated planning and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients through wealth advisory. He has helped Waldron earn national recognition and accolades, and in 2018, he was ranked #42 on Forbes list of “Top Wealth Advisors” for simplifying the wealth complexities of clients’ lives. In 2016, Michael earned the PAM Award for “Best Private Wealth Manager–Client Service–Under $5 billion” for being a top wealth advisor operating within the private asset management industry. Michael has spoken at wealth management conferences and on university campuses, and is a frequent contributor to industry publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Worth Magazine, The Journal of Financial Planning® and Wealth Manager Magazine.
Michael resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Erin, and their two children.
